San Mateo Event Center Party Package
Great for your holiday party, birthday party, Quinceañera, wedding reception, reunion and any special event!
300 people Party Package includes
A 6,500 Sq. ft Pavilion, (available between 8am-10pm). Base Package Price starting at $1,700
(Base Package Price starting at $1,400 for Sequoia Hall or Redwood Hall)

- You can add on Banquet Tables, Folding-Chairs and Stage (8×6) for $500 (chair covers do not fit chairs).
- Linens available to rent from our vendor partners or you can bring your own.
HOURS: Our normal operating hours are 8am-10pm. If you would like to extend your event hours it is $250 each additional hour and you will need to pay for any security beyond the 6 hours included with the package.
SET-UP: The room is available for decorations starting at 8am the day of the event. If the hall is
available the day before your event or the day after we can accommodate additional time for set-up and break-down at no charge.
CATERER: “Ovations” is our on-site caterer. Call “Ovations” to customize package @ (650) 571-8500.
ALCOHOL: Call “Ovations” to customize a package @ (650) 571-8500. $750 minimum per bartender for a cash bar, prices vary from $6-$10 from wine from (Barefoot to Duckhorn) to a top shelf liquor drink. Hosted bars with the same pricing with bartenders @ $100 each per 4 hour shift. Ovations must handle.
PARKING: San Mateo Event Center charges $10 per vehicle. If you would like to pay for your guests parking we do have a buy out option.
INSURANCE: You are required to have a 1-million dollar Event Insurance Policy that can be purchased though our vendor ($90) or through your home owner policy.
