February 2 and 3:  Northern California Volleyball Association — Girls’ Power League Volleyball Tournament, Expo and Fiesta Halls

2012 marked the 30th year anniversary of the NCVA servicing Northern California from the Oregon border to Bakersfield including Northern Nevada.  NCVA’s Power League consists of a two day Qualifier and a two day Region Championship both held in a state of the art convention centers with top trained referees in addition to three league tournament days in between. Power League produces some of the top teams at the USAV Junior National Championship level year after year.

Admission: FREE!

Dates and Time:  Sat and Sun:  8:30 am  — 5:30 pm

Parking:  $10, cash per vehicle

February 6: MPSF Speaker Series, Fiesta Hall

The MPSF Speaker Series has twice been voted “Best Lecture Series in the Nation” by the International Platform Association, and provides 3 separate speakers series locations.  Past speakers have included President Jimmy Carter, Bill Moyers, Lesley Stahl, Ann Richard and Carl Sagan.

Speaker scheduled for February 6:  Jeb Bush.

Since 1980 the Nor Cal Spring Trade Show has brought to the Bay Area a one-day horticultural trade show that keeps pace with our rapidly changing industry and provides a forum for doing business in a timely fashion.

An amazingly creative show for the do it yourselfer. We have everything from stamping, stitching, sewing & guilting. With free admission there is no excuse not to come out and see all we have to offer the creative person!
