August 3 – 4:  Aloha Festival


The Pacific Islanders of the San Francisco Bay Area offer their talents in music and dance during this FREE ADMISSION, two-day festival of arts held during the first full weekend of every August. Entertainment highlights include Pacific Islander music as well as Polynesian dance. The festival will also feature arts & crafts vendors, island cuisine, educational exhibits and workshops, and an `Ohana Korner with simple games for the kids!  This is an alcohol and drug-free event.

Dates and Times: Saturday, August 3  and Sunday, August 4 10:00am – 5:00pm both days.

August 7 & 20:, Sequoia Hall


The largest foreclosed home auctions, trustee sale foreclosure auctions, luxury home auctions, commercial property auctions, note auctions & land auctions.

Dates and Time: August 7 and 20 —  Registration, 12pm; Auction begins 1pm

What to bring:  Cash or cash equivalent (permitted forms of checks should be made payable to yourself or, LLC) required on auction day.  Government-issued identification required on auction day.

Parking:  $10, cash per vehicle

August 11:  Salvadorian Concert

We are pleased to be the venue for the Second Annual Salvadoran festival and concert scheduled for Sunday, August 11, 2013.

The event will feature live music performances from Zona Libre, K-risma Band, Rene Alonso y su banda lasser, Pepe y su Oro, Grupo Sabor, Tito Mira y su chanchona, Grupo Algodón, Sonora Karnaval, Sonoroa Dinamita and Oscar Lobo.

August 31 – September 1:  Sing Tao Daily Asian Expo, Expo Hall

The Sing Tao Expo, organized by the Sing Tao Daily has been totally the hottest talk of the town in the Chinese Community with over 200 exhibitors and the largest visitors of all Asian Exposition. Their professional decoration in the well set booths provided a shopping spree opportunity to the public.

2013 Sing Tao Expo will be set in exhibition hall with over 100,000 square feet, this mega-scale Asian Expo will exhibit a comprehensive range of products and services, as well as a full two-day program of shows, performance and contests.
